Our shipping rates are as follows:

Australian Standard Shipping: $12 AUD

Australian Express Shipping: Flat rate of $18 AUD

Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide on orders over $120 AUD

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to introduce international delivery in the future and will notify our customers via our newsletter.
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Once dispatched, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery (longer for regional areas).
All parcels are sent via Australia Post (tracked) unless Express Post is selected at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly. Bondi Scent cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
​Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of Australia Post. While we are happy to assist with lodgement of enquiries, Bondi Scent is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our priority at Bondi Scent. Each candle is packed with the utmost care before dispatch.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@bondiscent.com within 14 days of delivery, including a description of the issue and clear photographic evidence.
Returned items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be considered faulty and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
If the item is confirmed as damaged or faulty and returned in unused condition, we will happily offer a replacement or refund, processed within 48 hours of assessment. Bondi Scent will cover return shipping costs for approved damaged or faulty items.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Scent Exchanges
If the scent you selected isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer​

To request an exchange, please email info@bondiscent.com with your order number and preferred new scent. Once the original item is received and approved, we will send the replacement with free shipping.
