A superb Sydney summer means you can enjoy Sydney's beaches well into March. What better way to enjoy this year's heatwave than with a girls' only weekend in Bondi.

One of the most iconic destinations in Australia, not only known for its stunning beaches, surfing and café culture, but with so many chic bars and restaurants it can be overwhelming knowing what to do and where to eat to get the most out of Bondi.

We’ve put together the ultimate two-day itinerary for you and the girls to do in Bondi this weekend!

DAY 1:

7:00 AM - Get your body up and moving early with a Bondi to Bronte coastal walk. This breathtaking 45min one-way walk will awaken all your senses. Locals Tip - Cool off half-way at the Bronte Ocean Pool before heading back to Bondi.

11:00 AM - Head to brunch at Bills Bondi. Known for their epic brunch menu and the silkiest scrambled eggs. Locals tip - Make sure you put your name down early to avoid waiting in line!

1:00 PM - After brunch, hit the beach or in this case the Bondi Icebergs Ocean Pool. There is a small charge to access the pool but it's oh-so-worth it! Grab a spot on the steps, soak up the sun and splash in the pool all day long. Locals tip - The Crabbe Hole café serves the juiciest coconuts to keep you hydrated as you work on your tan.

5:00pm - Freshen up and head upstairs to the recently renovated Icebergs Dining Room & Bar for pre-dinner drinks. Order the Paloma Picante, and a dozen of the freshest Sydney Rock Oysters as you dine in the most exclusive Insta worthy bar in the world. You won't get a better view of Bondi than here.

7:00 PM - After drinks, head to Ikaria Bondi. This stylish, Mediterranean dining destination serves up the best Greek mezze in Bondi. Sip on a Mango Scropinno, Prosecco and fresh mango sorbet, while devouring plates such as saganaki, drizzled with honey, lemon and oregano, grilled snapper and king prawns.

9:00 PM - For a night out, head to Hotel Ravesis. Start on the ground level at Public Bar and get your body moving to outstanding live music. If you feel like you want more, head upstairs to the Terrace for a banging DJ set.

DAY 2

10:00 AM - Grab breakfast at The Depot Bondi. This bright, light, family run café is a Bondi institution thanks to it's wholesome breakfast options, and the best customer service in town. Locals Tip - Their gluten-free pancakes are out of this world. You cannot leave Bondi without tasting them.

12:00 PM - Walk over to Gould St. You will find Sydney's best brands and boutiques here including, Sir The Label, Tuchuzy, Porter Jewellery, Playa by Lucy Folk and Nude Lucy. Keep an eye out for the Bondi Scent candle range in one (or two) of these retailers.

2:00 PM - Grab a quick bite to eat at the super chic The Shop & Wine bar. You can't go past their heavenly salads paired with a glass of chilled white, or order like a local and get their famous BLT with smoked bacon, pickles, tomato and cheddar served on thick-cut, fluffy slices from a local baker.

3:00 PM - There's still time for a swim. Head to the north end of the beach and perch yourself on the knoll. Perfect spot for people watching and looking over the deep blue.

6:00 PM - Still salty from the sea, walk over to North Bondi Fish for an early dinner of fresh, grilled seafood. Locals Tip - request an outdoor table so you can finish the day watching the sun go down, drinking their outstanding margaritas as you look back on the weekend you've just had!

We chat with Madeline Jovicic the artist behind our Tuscan Sage candle packaging design!

Sydney based artist Madeline Jovicic's artworks are filled with joy and manifestations of the places you’d rather be. We are extremly excited to collaborate with Madeline on this limited edition Mediterranean inspired print for our Tuscan Sage candle.

We sat down with Madeline for a quick chat to find out what inspires her!

1. What inspired you to become an artist?

I started painting because I wasn’t feeling fulfilled creatively in my day to day life. Also using the practice of painting as a healing and meditative process. I always knew I wanted to pursue a creative career as it brings me so much joy.

2. How would you describe your interior style?

Definitely eclectic. I love collecting pieces slowly and I also love a daily scroll through fb marketplace, my current search words are “chrome furniture”, “70s furniture” and “mid-century modern”.

3. What scent/s transport you to a favourite summer memory?

Sunscreen, coconut, mango and a backyard bbq.

4. What is your favourite Bondi Scent candle and why?

Obviously Tuscan Sage is my new fave! Before that it was Coast, it reminds me of my seaside hometown.

4. What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?

Oh god, I don’t know if I’m at a place yet to be giving my younger self advice… I’d love some advice from my older self! Haha. Here are a few things I’d like to tell my younger self and need to remind myself of more often:

~It’s okay to feel things deeply

~Time heals everything

~You are very loved

~Stop overthinking everything! (Still working on this one)
